Ian Davidson BSc UES MRICS, is a Chartered Surveyor and is our senior Surveyor. He qualified in the mid 1980’s. He has been in private practise most of his life and was a former Halifax Junior Board Member in the 1990’s Managing Director running the Halifax New Homes Department, for the Midlands and Northern Ireland.
He offers personal experienced advice to the company and its clients on all types of projects and is primarily responsible for all Surveyor, Engineer and Architect involvement in our projects. He is also renowned as a seasoned property negotiator assisting mediation and settlement in property disputes.
He specialises also in all kinds of valuation instructions & surveys in particular for residential, industrial and retail; Acts such as the Party Wall Act 1996 & Leasehold Reform Acts to include the 1993.

Ian is a Chartered Town Planner with over 30 years of planning experience. He was latterly Head of Development and Regeneration with an East Midlands local authority and is now a part of our team.
